Colors TV show Udaariyaanis one of the most popular show on television right now. It is receiving immense love from viewers and getting good TRP numbers. The show is in TOP 5 list from past 3-4 weeks. Udaariyaan stars Priyanka Choudhary, Ankit Gupta and Isha Malviya in pivotal roles. The current storyline of the show revolves around Tejo bringing Simran and Candy in the Virk house, and Jasmin plotting against Tejo to get her out of the Virk house.
Meanwhile, in an interaction with India Forums, Udaariyaan actress Kamal Dadiala who plays the character of Satti in the show opened up on her first impression of actor Ankit Gupta aka Fateh. The actress quoted saying, “Well, first impression and first meeting with Ankit was quite interesting. So, we were all finalized for ‘Udaariyaan’ but only the casting for ‘Fateh’ was taking time. The makers did a lot of auditions but were finding it difficult to get Fateh. One fine day, in the group, somebody messaged that they’ve found Fateh and that the actor was a part of popular show ‘Sadda Haq’. I was quite excited because I was a big fan of the show. The other day we were scheduled to meet Ankit.”
She further added, “When I saw Ankit, I felt he is too sober and innocent for the character of Fateh because Fateh needed to be a charmer and mischievous. Slowly and steadily Ankit opened up and I realised that there couldn’t be a better actor to play the character.”
Udaariyaan is produced by Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta under their production banner Dreamiyata Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. & Devirosh Films. The show also stars actors like Chetna Singh, Virsa Singh Riar, Abhishek Kumar, Ram Aujla, Abhiraaj Chawla among others.
