Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: Supreme Court will hear Rhea Chakraborty’s transfer plea on August 11

Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput‘s has been taking new turn each passing day. Recently, Sushant Singh Rajput‘s father KK Singh has filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and 5 others in Patna, after which Bihar Police started probing the case. Sushant‘s father has labelled many allegation on Rhea, like money laundering and abetting late actor to commit suicide.

Soon after the FIR lodged in Bihar Police, Rhea had filed a petition in the Supreme Court seeking the transfer of Sushant

Singh Rajput case from Bihar to Mumbai. After the first hearing on August 5, another date has been set by the Supreme Court to hear Rhea‘s transfer plea on August 11. After the first hearing, the parties were asked to file their replies within 3 days.

Now, as per latest reports, the Supreme Court will hear Rhea Chakraborty‘s petition on August 11. According to the reports in India TV News, the transfer petition filed by Rhea will be heard by the SC on August 11, Tuesday. Rhea‘s lawyer had filed this petition in SC on July 29.

On the otherhand, Enforcement Directorate (ED) has interrogated Rhea and her brother Showik Chakraborty for over 8 hours yesterday. Samuel Miranda, Shruti Modi also interrogated by ED in Sushant Singh Rajput‘s case.
