Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update 24th May 2024: In the previous episode, Kajal thanks Ruhi for making Charo understand. Manish wonders why Poddar’s family relatives have come to their anniversary party. Abhira gets worry that Kaveri is going to do something. She decides to leave. Charo and the kids dance. Abhira sees Armaan And Ruhi dancing together and she gets jealous.
Kaveri announces that today Armaan and Ruhi will get engaged. Everyone gets shocked. Manish disagrees and says he will not let that happen. Kaveri tells him no matter what happens she will engage Armaan and Ruhi. Surekha says she should have talked to them before taking such an important decision. Manish declares that Armaan and Ruhi will never come together and leave.
Armaan asks why she did that. Armaan hears everything and gets hurt. Madhav makes Armaan understand and tells him not to listen to Kaveri Armaan does not listen to him and says he will marry Ruhi. Ruhi declares that she will not get marry without Manish’s permission. Ruhi apologizes to Manish and tells him she will not get engaged until he agrees. Manish agrees to their engagement.

In today’s episode, Armaan hesitates while putting the engagement ring on Ruhi’s finger. Abhira sees Armaan and Ruhi and she hesitates with her interview. Kaveri tells Armaan to pick up the ring. Armaan and Ruhi wear rings. The interviewer gets angry at Abhira for acting unprofessional. Abhira requests a chance but he denies it. She feels devastated. Abhira sees the bill and gets shock.
The ring falls near Abhira’s feet before Armaan wears it on Ruhi. Armaan goes to get it. He wears the ring on Ruhi and Abhira leaves. Armaan and Ruhi take Ashirwad from everyone. Abhira comes back to her room and feels devastated and cold. She tries her best to calm herself down. Abhira sees that she has only 10 Rs left and gets worry.
Armaan and Ruhi come to donate food for the needy. Armaan sees Abhira among them and gets worry. He decides to talk to her but Abhira leaves. Ruhi asks Armaan what happened? And asks if he is not happy with the engagement. Armaan denies it and says that he is happy. Armaan comes to where Abhira is staying.
