Today, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has successfully launched its latest earth observation satellite, EOS-01, and nine satellites from customer nations from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Andhra Pradesh’s Sriharikota on Saturday. The satellites were launched on board the PSLV-C49 launch vehicle.
Many celebs and politicians has congratulated the ISRO team for their achievement and for bringing a proud moment for India. PM Narendra Modi also congratulated ISRO team, he tweeted, “I congratulate @ISRO and India’s space industry for the successful launch of PSLV-C49/EOS-01 Mission today. In the time of COVID-19, our scientists overcame many constraints to meet the deadline.”
Bahubali film director also took his Twitter handle to congratulate ISRO team for successfully launching earth observation satellite. He tweeted, “Congratulations team #ISRO for the successful launch of earth observation satellite, #PSLVC49/ #EOS01 & 9 international satellites. Proud moment and a remarkable achievement for India.”
