The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) is investigating the drug angle in Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death case. So far, the NCB has arrested Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik, and others in drug case. Amid the ongoing NCB probe, Several names of Bollywood celebs like Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh allegedly surfaced in the drug case.
The NCB has issued summon to these four actress’ yesterday to join the probe in drug case related to Sushant Singh Rajput death probe. It was being reported that actress Rakul Preet Singh will be summoned today. However, the actress’ team has now denied receiving any summons by the Narcotics Control Bureau.
As per Times Now, Rakul Preet Singh is unlikely to appear before NCB. Her team maintains that no summons have been received and that she is unlikely to join the investigation today. Meanwhile, as per Times Now report, the NCB has countered that Rakul Preet Singh was sent summon digitally, and they said that the NCB will wait for her since the summon has already been issued.
Times Now reported that Rakul Preet was in Hyderabad and arrived in Mumbai just yesterday. However, her team has issued a statement in which they have said that Rakul hasn’t got any summons for today neither in Mumbai nor in Hyderabad.
