Previously, we have seen how Dua somehow manages to save herself. Recently, Dua was admitted to the hospital. She finds out what’s wrong is going on with her. Ghazal admires being a part of the family.
But when Haider starts to search Dua and Ghazal, he finds out how Ghazal is cruelly beating Dua with any reason. But one main reason is to see the baby. Dua was always nice to her then even though she decided to kill Dua as well as her own baby. Which results in only one queen in the house and that is none other than Ghazal herself.
When Dua finds herself in the hospital after the incident, she wonders whether her baby is alive or not. In the recent times Ghazal who’s also been pregnant and trying to kill her own baby also. But Dua helped her to get out of the pain and relax herself.

Then, both of them search for the baby. In the end, they found their blood means their baby. But they also notice the baby is no longer showing movement. Dua first gave a death threat to the doctor and Ghazal. Ghazal openly says that she successfully killed the baby under the guidance of that doctor. Dua starts to beat her for doing a big crime in front of them when they both get out of the room.
Dua felt so sorry for her own baby. On the other hand, we can see the baby girl has not died. In the interval of the episode, When they both get to know that their daughter has not died.
