Star Plus’ show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been making lot of headlines ever since the show has taken third generation leap. It was indeed a bold decision to wipe out the popular couple Kartik-Naira played by Mohsin Khan and Shivangi Joshi and roping a fresh pair – Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod as Abhimanyu Birla and Akshara Goenka in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. And now, Harshad and Pranali has become one of the most popular and adored pair of television in a short span of time.
The duo is winning everyone’s hearts as Abhi and Akshu and receiving immense love from viewers with their sizzling chemistry. Harshad has been in the industry for around 16 years and is certainly at one of the peaks of his career. He is happy to receive the recognition that he’s getting from the viewers for Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai right now.
In an interaction with India Forums, talking about same, Harshad said, “I feel happy when I get to hear this. I agree it’s one of the peaks of my acting career. I am humbled by the appreciation and thank everyone.”

When he was asked about teaching the core of the acting craft to relatively new actors Pranali Rathod and Karishma Sawant, the man of few words, Harshad replied, “Naah!!! They are both talented actors.”
Taking of YRKKH, this week we will have a Maha Episod. Both Birlas’ and Goenkas’ will have a major face-off during Makar Sankranti celebration. Akshara will meet Abhimanyu at Sankranti function and asks him if he has come alone. Abhimanyu tells her that the whole family has come. The Birlas and Goenkas comes face-to-face.
