Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Upcoming Story: The ongoing storyline of Shakti Arora–Bhavika Sharma starrer revolves around Ishaan asking Anvi what is troubling her after Savi accuses Mama ji of harassing Anvi. However, Anvi refuses to tell the truth to Ishaan and lies that she is tensed because of exams. Ishaan scolds Savi for falsely accusing Mama ji while Savi refuses to believe that Anvi is troubled because of exam as she herself saw Anvi being uncomfortable around Mama ji.
Savi goes to confront Anvi while Ishaan tries to stop her. Just then, Surekha and other family members comes and questions Savi for creating mess. Savi suggests sending Anvi for counselling saying she is struggling with something and she needs to meet counselor to open up about her fears. Family gets furious at Savi for calling Anvi mentally ill. Family waits for Anvi to open up but she remains silent and scared of Mama ji.
Mukul intervenes showing concern for Anvi’s well-being and offers help to send her to meet a well-known counselor. Surekha and Yashwant expresses their anger at Savi for creating ruckus amid celebrations. Mama ji instigates Surekha against Savi while Savi encourages Anvi to address issues rather than avoid
them.

In the upcoming episode we will see Savi convincing Anvi to break her silence and expose Mukul’s evil face in front of family. Hearing Savi’s words, Anvi goes inside the house to tell the truth to Yashwant. Other hand, Surekha, who’s angry at Savi, states that hearing her name will ruin the taste of her tea. As Savi comes inside house following Anvi, Mukul fears that something wrong is going to happen.
Just then, Anvi approaches Yashwant and expresses her desire to discuss a matter that happened last night. This leaves Mukul shocked as he feels worried about being exposed in front of Bhosales. Will Anvi able to expose Mukul?
