Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Spoilers: The ongoing storyline of Bhavika Sharma and Shakti Arora starrer revolves around Bhosales facing humiliation amid reception party after Swati exposes that Savi is not from a rich family and works as a waitress. Media and guests shames Bhosales for not allowing their daughter-in-laws to study or work. Savi tries to defend Bhosale family to save family’s reputation but fails. Yashwant gets furious seeing his family’s image getting tarnished and asks guests respectfully to leave.
As guests and media leaves, Swati criticizes Ishaan’s choices saying that he deserves a girl like Savi, who doesn’t care about family’s reputation. Swati also adds that he don’t deserves a girl like Reeva, who left her career, family to be with him. Reeva asks her mother to leave and blames her for all the mess that she created.
Further, Surekha lashes out at Savi for ruining their family’s name. She badmouths Savi’s mother Sai saying that her mother also trapped a rich man and destroyed his life. Surekha says now Savi is also following her mother’s footsteps as she has trapped Ishaan. Savi gets angry hearing Surekha’s word against her family and asks her to stop but Surekha tries to slap her. Savi step back to save herself which makes Surekha fall on floor. Ishaan and others rushes to see if Surekha is fine while she falsely accuses Savi for pushing her.
Savi defends herself saying that she didn’t pushed Akka Saheb but Ishaan gets angry and takes Savi to room. He scolds Savi for all the ruckus that has happened because of her. Savi expresses how Bhosales are trying to stop her from going college or outside house. Savi calls Ishaan’s family and reveals that nobody supporting her. Ishaan feels heartbroken as he questions Savi when he did not supported her?

Ishaan feels torn between Savi and Surekha, abruptly leaves the house after a heated argument with Savi. Savi follows him to apologize as she realizes that Ishaan has always supported her. Reeva sees Savi leaving house and follows her. On the way, Savi calls Ishaan’s name while he walks away from her on the road. He asks Savi to not follow him as he doesn’t want to talk to her, but Savi asks him to listen her once. Just then, a speeding truck hits Ishaan leaving him injured. Savi and Reeva screams Ishaan’s name and stands stunned with his accident.
In the forthcoming episode, Savi and Reeva reaches hospital with Ishaan. Reeva informs Bhosales about Ishaan’s accident. Surekha rushes to the hospital, where Reeva informs her of Ishaan’s critical condition. Blaming Savi for Ishaan’s misfortune, Surekha expresses her anger by pushing Savi away. Just then, the doctor comes and reveals sad news that Ishaan suffered major head injury, which may result in blindness.
Will Savi able to do something to save Ishaan from turning blind? Will Surekha let Savi meet Ishaan?
