Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Spoiler: The ongoing storyline of Bhavika Sharma-Shakti Arora starrer revolves around Ishaan and Reeva’s haldi ceremony, other side, Kiran comes out of jail to donate blood to Harini, who’s in coma. Harini remains unconscious while Kiran pretends to be nice in front of Savi and apologizes to her for his previous mistakes. In Savi’s absence, Kiran reveals to Harini about his evil intentions towards Savi and how he will get her sister after she dies. He confesses that he donated blood not for Harini but to manipulate Savi later.
Hearing Kiran’s evil plans, Harini regains consciousness and recalls the traumatic events how Samrudh killed her whole family. Meanwhile, Kiran’s mother talks evil about Harini and her family and questions Kiran why he saved her. Just then, Savi comes there and Kiran changes the topic showing concern for Harini. Kiran and his mother leaves while Harini wakes up and asks Savi about whole family. Savi lies to her saying that family is coming soon to meet her, thinking that Harini will not able to take the pain of entire family’s death.

However, Harini refuses to believe Savi’s words as she recalls Samrudh’s heinous act and gets emotional learning that entire family is dead. Other hand, Ishaan seeks Surekha’s permission to present Haldi to Reeva. He apologizes to Reeva’s parents for leaving Mehendi function abruptly and promises to bring eternal happiness to Reeva. Ishaan then applies haldi to Reeva himself before family. Both Ishaan and Reeva shares romantic moment and whole Bhosale family dances and enjoys the haldi celebration.
Meanwhile, Harini’s health worsens as she remembers Kiran’s words and becomes aware of his evil plan and the potential danger to Savi. She plans to save Savi from Kiran’s trap and asks Savi to call Ishaan. Savi calls Ishaan telling him that Harini awaken and calling his name. Ishaan gets happy learning that Harini finally woke up and rushes to see her at hospital.
In the upcoming episode, Ishaan expresses his guilt to Harini of being responsible for her whole family’s death. He tells Harini that he wants to disclose everything about the accident to Savi. Harini insists that if he truly wants to alleviate his guilt, he must do so by marrying Savi. Harini’s suggestion leaves Ishaan in shock as she asks him to promise her that he will marry Savi. Ishaan recalls his moments with Reeva after hearing Harini’s request.
