Star Plus show Anupamaa is grabbing lot of attention nowadays. The current track of Rupali Ganguly–Gaurav Khanna starrer revolves around Anupama learning the truth about Paritosh’s extra-marital affair and confront him about the same. She gets shocked as Toshu justifies his illegitimate relationship saying he is a man and a man has his needs. Toshu tells Anupamaa to not reveals truth to Kinjal and keep mum just like Rakhi did. He tells her to not ruin his married life by exposing him.
Anupama stands shocked seeing how Toshu is justifying his actions and asking to hide the truth from Kinjal after cheating his wife. As he leaves from room, Toshu sees Rakhi outside and tell her to ask Anupamaa to stay silent.
Anupama and Rakhi discusses the matter where Anu talk about revealing the truth while Rakhi asks to keep mum. Rakhi tells Anu that it is not the first time that this is happening, men often do this but the difference is that Toshu got caught. She asks Anu to not tell truth to Kinjal as she will unable to bear this pain while Anupama says Kinjal has right to know the truth and they cannot keep her in dark.
Rakhi requests Anu to not tell the truth for Kinjal’s daughter sake as she doesn’t want her daughter’s family to get broken. Anupama walks towards the family and sees them having a great time. She gets flashbacks of Vanraj’s betrayal when he cheated on her with kavya. She thinks to herself that she will not let Kinjal become Anupamaa.

In the forthcoming episode, Toshu talks to Kinjal that he will never betray her and asks her to always trust him and never doubt. Toshu’s fake promises irks Anupama and she shouts at him asking to have some shame.
As per India Forums report, Anupamaa reveals the truth to Kinjal about Toshu’s affair leaving her heartbroken. Kinjal decides to leave the Shah house with her baby. Anu receives mixed reactions from the family members. While some supports her for telling truth, others feel that she shouldn’t have revealed the truth amidst the auspicious ceremony. Leela and Toshu blames Anupamaa for breaking their family.

There’s also a Marathi version of the show which runs on Star Pravah titled Aai Kuthe Kai Karte.
