Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: The present track of Harshad Chopda-Pranali Rathod starrer revolves around Abhimanyu feeling guilty has he failed to save Manjari from fire while Akshara brings Manjari back to life with her music therapy. Today’s episode witnessed Manjari getting panic attack after seeing fire in kitchen gas stove. Manjari rushes towards hall in trauma where Abhimanyu sees her condition and feels guilty as he leaves from there.
Abhimanyu reaches outside of Goenka house where Akshara calms him down. Abhi asks Akshu if she can come Birla house right now as Manjari’s condition is not well and she can help his mother by music therapy. Akshara reaches Birla house and sees Manjari taking Abhimanyu’s name in panic state. Abhimanyu didn’t comes face-to-face to see Manjari as he watches her from outside. Akshu sings song to calm down Manjari and makes her sleep.
Next day, Shefali takes Manjari to temple. Other hand, Abhimanyu meets Mahima and hands over his resignation. Mahima stands shocked and asks Abhimanyu to not behave unreasonably. Abhimanyu, who’s guilty because he failed to save Manjari, tells her that this is his final decision and he will not practice as doctor anymore.
Hospital staff requests Abhimanyu to step back from his decision. Akshara learns about Abhimanyu’s resignation and comes hospital to confront him. She tears apart his resignation saying that he might have lost faith in himself as a doctor but she and others trust him completely. Akshu tells Abhi that she will not let him quit the job.

Just then, Abhimanyu gets a call from Shefali who tells him that Manjari has gone somewhere. Abhimanyu stands shocked and reaches at the address with Akshara. Shefali tells him that she was taking Manjari to temple but she suddenly vanished from car. Abhi along with Akshu and Shefali tries to find Manjari everywhere but all goes in vain.
In the upcoming episode we will see Akshara reaching Goenka house and informing them about Manjari’s disappearance. Abhir comes home with Muskan and learns about Manjari’s missing. He tells Akshara that he saw Manjari roaming on the road and asked Muskan to stop the car but she didn’t listened.
Akshara looks shocked to hear that Muskan refused to stop the car. She questions Muskan’s selfish behaviour and asks if her hatred has gone to this extent that she abandoned a sick woman on the road. However, Muskaan defends herself saying that it is not hatred but because of the love.
