Yesterday, BIgg Boss 14 winner Rubina Dilaik had tested positive for COVID-19. The actress is under home quarantine in Shimla. Speaking to ETimes, Rubina revealed that her husband and actor Abhinav Shukla was in Punjab on work and was returning to Mumbai.
Rubina said, “Abhinav knows that I am unwell but he doesn’t know that I have tested positive because he is currently on a flight back to Mumbai. And I just got my reports.”
Abhinav Shukla, who landed in Mumbai in the afternoon, was naturally worried when he got to know that Rubina had tested positive. Speaking to ETimes, Shukla said, “I landed in Mumbai some time back and have just reached home. I will be staying here because Rubina is in isolation at her home in Shimla. So there’s no point me going there. No one will be able to meet her right now.”
When he was asked about his first reaction, whether he panicked when he got to know that she had tested positive and the actor said, “Panicking doesn’t help anyone, we have to be well informed about how to handle it. If we panic then people around too will do the same. We are following all the SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) and that’s important. I’m hoping she gets well soon.”
