Colors TV popular reality show Bigg Boss is all set to entertain the audience with its new season. The channel has recently released the promo of Bigg Boss season 14 featuring Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. The show is already creating a lot of buzz even before the launch of 14th season.
Fans are eagerly waiting for the show and very much curious to know the name of celebrity contestant who will enter the controversial house. Apart from this, fans are also waiting for Weekend Ka Vaar with host Salman Khan. Bigg Boss‘ fans can’t keep calm to see Salman Khan schooling the contestants for their wrongdoings inside the reality show.
But, did you know how much the ‘Dabangg’ actor is charging for the 14th season of Bigg Boss? Well, remuneration details of Salman Khan for Bigg Boss often make headlines every season.
Now, as per new online reports superstar is charging whopping amount of 250 crore for the entire season. Speaking about the same, a source close to the development revealed to Bollywood Hungama. “Salman Khan is the highest paid actor on the small screen and for season 14, he is being paid Rs 250 crore. The actor will be shooting once a week, two episodes a day, for 12 weeks and the amount per day of shoot is as high as Rs. 20.50 crore, which averages to Rs. 10.25 crore per episode. Like every year, it’s a blanket deal with Salman, which also requires him to be present at certain award shows of the television channel,” revealed source.
The same source further added, “The house is being constructed at Filmcity in Mumbai however the rains are acting as a major disruption in getting things started. Once the Mumbai rains subside, the set will be built in totality to get the show in action. It’s expected to go on air by mid-October.”
