Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut raises a serious question in connection to late actor Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death. Kangana Ranaut called Mumbai police investigation into Sushant Singh Rajput‘s case a sham. The actress questions Mumbai police why they haven’t summoned Aditya Chopra, Mahesh Bhatt, Karan Johar, Rajeev Masand for interrogation.
In a recent interview with Arnab Goswami on Republic TV, Kangana Ranaut slammed the Mumbai police for not interrogating four Bollywood bigbiggies Aditya Chopra, Karan Johar, Mahesh Bhatt and Rajeev Masand in Sushant‘s suicide case.
The actress quoted saying, “I am not saying that anyone wanted Sushant to die, but definitely doomed. These people are emotional vultures. They want to see people lynch themselves. To date, Mahesh Bhatt is selling Parveen Babi‘s illness in so many versions through his films. Why is Mumbai Police not summoning — Aditya Chopra, Mahesh Bhatt, Karan Johar, Rajeev Masand? These 4 people. Why, because they are powerful? With this interview, I only have things to lose.”
Calling Mumbai Police investigation a sham, Kangana quoted, “Sushant‘s family shouldn’t be harassed because these people are too powerful. These people aren’t even summoned. Mumbai Police investigation is a complete sham. I have said no to Bhansali‘s Padmaavat but he hasn’t done anything vengeful. He doesn’t gang up on anyone but he’s being summoned. Shekhar Kapur, a God-like figure in the industry is being summoned.”

The actress also spoke on Nepotism, Kangana quoted. “Tomorrow, needy outsiders like Taapsee Pannu, Swara Bhasker will get up and say that they love this industry. I am only saying if you love this industry and if you love Karan Johar, then why are you not getting work like Alia or Ananya? Their whole existence is proof of nepotism. There will be articles that will make me look like a mad person after this, I know.”
Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was battling with depression and committed suicide at his Bandra residence in Mumbai on 14 June, 2020. The postmortem reports of the actor revealed that he died due to asphyxia because of hanging. Mumbai police haven’t recovered any suicide note at the place. However, Police is still investigating the case closely and interrogating people close to Sushant.
There are lots of controversies and debates are going on regarding Sushant Singh Rajput‘s tragic death. People are suspecting foul play, and have been demanding CBI inquiry in the case. They even insisting that this is murder that is being concealed.
Meanwhile, Maharashtra’s Home Minister Anil Deshmukh said that no CBI probe required in Sushant‘s suicide case. He also mentioned that the Mumbai police is competent enough to handle such cases.
