Yrkkh S67 episode 1016 is all about Goenkas consoling Akshara after Abhinav’s death. She struggles to accept reality. Unaware of Abhinav’s death, Abhir and Ruhi plans for farewell party. In hospital, Goenkas asks Akshara to accept the reality that Abhinav is dead. Akshara refused to believe and tries to wake up Abhinav.

Manish asks Akshara to leave Abhinav’s hand. She refuses to leave hand saying he is my husband, I can’t live leaving his hand. Manish asks Kairav to make Akshara leave Abhinav’s hand. Goenkas drags Akshara to separate her from Abhinav. Akshara cries and says she can’t leave Abhinav’s hand. He had hold her hand, when no one was there for her. She cries saying how will she live without Abhinav. Arohi consoles her and ask her to be strong for Abhir’s sake. As from now on she is both mother and father to Abhir.
Abhir and Ruhi prepares for farewell party. Suhasini comes to help them. She receives call from Surekha and got break listening Abhinav’s death news. Abhimanyu asks lawyer to call and find out if Abhinav is fine. Lawyer assures him saying his surgery was successful he must be fine. Abhimanyu feels restless. Goenkas bring Akshara home. Swarna washes her vermillion. Akshara remembers her moment with Abhinav of his filling her hairline.
They enters in house, Abhir and Ruhi comes and ask about Abhinav. Akshara lies. Manjari informs Abhimanyu about Abhinav’s death. Akshara breakdown saying Abhinav promised her to not leave her and Abhir then why he gone. Goenkas imagines Abhinav too. He thanks everyone for being in his life and goodbye them.
