Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update 20th March 2024: In the previous episode we saw that the family was celebrating Kaveri Ji’s win just then Kaveri scolds Abhira for putting her dignity down and causing disrespect to her. She makes a brutal decision to kick Armaan and Abhira out of the house. Abhira begs Kaveri to let Armaan stay. Kaveri gives a test to Armaan which will decide whether he will stay in the house or not. Armaan fails the test.
In today’s episode, Kaveri tells Armaan he failed because he bought four items and not three, by mistake he also brings his and Abhira’s marriage certificate. Kaveri says that the day they got married without their permission was the day when he chose Abhira and that day change his life. Kaveri claims Abhira as a nuisance and she will have to kick her out of the house and he will also have to leave with her. They are left heartbroken.
Manoj and Sanjay are against Abhira. Manisha tries to take a stand for Abhira but she is cut short by Kajal. They say that they do not want Armaan to leave the house. Sanjay tells Manoj the perks of Armaan leaving but krish and Manoj denies. Charo tells Sanjay how she dislikes the rules in the house, before Sanjay scolds Charo Manisha cuts in and tells him to stop acting so rude. She again justifies that Abhira is innocent. Manisha and Sanjay insult each other

Manish is stunn when he hears Kavries decision. Swara stands with kaveris decision and Manish tells her how heartless she is behaving.
Armaan refuses to leave the house. Kaveri closes the door on him. He threatens to break the door. Abhira stops him and tells him not to hurt himself but Armaan does not care. Everybody tries to stop him. Abhira stops Madhav and Vidhya. Abhira tries to tell Armaan’s similarities to Mhadav and Vidhya.
Ruhi consoles Armaan, he says he can’t live without his family and tells her how grateful he is for them. Vidhya blames Abhira. Abhira questions why Kaveri is so biase towards Armaan. Vidya tells that everyone loves Armaan equally. Vidhya doesn’t speak the truth. Abhira tells how important family is to Armaan. And questions whether he is equally important to them.
Ruhi says that she understands how Armaan is feeling. Abhira asks Madhava and Vidhya to support their son. Armaan tells Ruhi he is scare and he needs his family. Ruhi tells him to leave Abhira to stay with family. Armaan is stunned. Vidhya tries to convince Kaveri.
