Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Written Update 17th May 2024: In the previous episode, Ruhi decides to tell Kaveri and Vidhya about their relationship. Abhira prays to god for her exam to go well and to take care of Vidhya and Madhav’s relationship. Vidhya and Ruhi come to the temple. Ruhi tells Vidhya that she and Armaan loved each other before Armaan Abhira’s wedding. And Armaan had sacrificed their love for Rohit. Vidhya is shocked to hear Ruhi’s confession. Ruhi says she doesn’t want to leave them and wants to marry Armaan. Abhira tries to find her Admit card. Sanjay gets angry when he comes to know that Manish gave money to Krish.
Kajal tries to calm Sanjay down but he leaves in anger. She gets worried. Kajal tells Armaan what happened. Armaan tells her he will handle everything. Sanjay comes to Manosh’s house and causes a scene. Ruhi gives Abhira the admit card she was searching for. Abhira asks Ruhi what happened and she doesn’t answer. Sanjay shouts at Manish. Armaan stops Sanjay before he raises his hand. He requests Sanjay to accept and Support Krish. Armaan apologizes to Manish.

In today’s episode, Abhira gets heartbroken when she comes to know about Armaan and Ruhi. Ruhi hugs Vidhya and thanks her. Ruhi asks her why she did not tell Kaveri that she and Armaan loved each other before. Vidhya says only she can understand Armaan’s sacrifice and no one else will. Abhira cries. Armaan gives a lift to a student. Ruhi comes to Armaan’s office but she sees that he is not there.
Ruhi decides to tell Armaan the news personally. Abhira comes to give her exam but she cannot focus. She tries her best to focus and write the exam. Abhira gets blank while writing the exam. Abhira panics and runs away from the examination hall. Armaan comes to know that Abhira left her paper incomplete and ran out. Vidhya tells the entire family that they should get Armaan and Ruhi married.
Snazzy and Madhav oppose the decision. Kaveri says she will take the decision and says she needs some time. Abhira gets heartbroken knowing that she broke her mother’s dream of becoming a lawyer. Armaan scolds Abhira for leaving the paper in between. Abhira frees Armaan from her responsibilities. The teacher says he cannot let Abhira sit for the exam. Abhira says she did not cheat. The teacher agrees.
