Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Upcoming Twist: Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is heading towards major twist with Akshara meet Abhir and senses danger on Abhinav. In today’s episode, Abhir finds himself with a couple and asks them who are they? The man says he found him in truck with stuff. His wife brings food for Abhir and ask him to eat as they are not bad people and ask to tell about his parents.
Birlas worries for Akshara with Abhinav. Abhinav says he’ll shift Akshara to hospital. Arohi suggests him to let Akshara stay here only as she will take care of her and ask them to find Abhir. Abhimanyu and Abhinav goes.

The man and wife ask Abhir to tell about his parents. Abhir tells his parents name Abhinav and Akshara Sharma and they lives in Kasauli. He asks the man to drop him there. He gives him number too. Then goes to bathroom. The man calls at Akshara number. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu makes media announcement of Abhir missing. He declares 50 lakh prize for whoever finds Abhir. The man and wife decides to drop Abhir to Abhimanyu. Abhir listens this and runs away.
Abhinav to die
Akshara gets adamant to go and find Abhir. She refuses to have food and medicine she runs away. Abhimanyu ask her to come with him to find Abhir. She refuses to go with Abhimanyu. He forcefully make her sit in car and go. Other side, Abhir remembers Akshara advise to drop message on surroundings to get help if he goes missing.
In the upcoming episodes, Abhir will pray to meet Akshara. Akshara and Abhimanyu finds him. Akshara’s mangalsutra gets missing and she worries for Abhinav. He faces an accident.
