Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Spoilers: The ongoing track of Harshad Chopda-Pranali Rathod starrer YRKKH revolves around Abhimanyu confessing his love to Akshara that she is his first and last love and that he cannot love anyone else ever except her. He tells her that he tried to hide his feelings to not ruin their friendship but he failed. Akshara stands shocked and walks away, while Abhimanyu tries to apologize to her and stop her.
Other hand, Kairav packs his bag to leave house after fight with Muskan. This happens after Muskan pointed fingers at Akshara’s character because she stayed with Abhimanyu whole night. Muskaan stops Kairav from leaving while he angrily starts to pack Muskaan’s bag. However, Muskan questions what he’s doing but Kairav leaves locking her in the room.
Next morning, Akshara reaches home, Manish and Swarana feels that something is not well between her and Abhi. Later at dinning table, Muskaan tries to taunt Akshara for spending night with Abhimanyu. However, before Muskan could say anything Surekha asks her to stop thinking too much. Akshu asks Muskan about Kairav’s whereabouts as she unaware of her and Kairav’s fight. Muskaan tries to reveal but Surekha stops her.
Further, Aarohi calls Akshu saying that the builder’s lawyer coming to Hospital and they needs her for meeting. Abhir offers to accompany her as he wants to meet Abhimanyu. However, Akshara refuses but Abhir insists her. Akshara angrily shouts at him saying she won’t go hospital, leaving everyone puzzled. Later, Akshara reaches hospital for meeting with Abhir. Abhir asks Abhi and Akshu if they had another fight but they both denies it. As Abhir leaves, Abhi and Akshara starts arguing again over last night confession.

Later, Akshu buys ice cream for Abhir and sees Abhir watching a puppet show. She gets emotional when Abhir asks puppet show’s artist to give a happy ending to the story. Back at home, Manish sees Abhir cutting photos of Abhimanyu-Akshara and making a family picture by joining them. He asks why he cutting photos while Abhir tells that he doesn’t have a single family photo with Docman and Akshara. He tells Manish that if he asks Akshu to click photo with Abhi then she will get angry. Akshu overhears Abhir’s talks about having a normal family and gets emotional.
In the forthcoming track we will see Akshara coming to the hospital to talk to Abhimanyu but learns that he is not in the hospital. Amidst, Manish comes there with Abhir while the builder, who’s looking for Dr Abhimanyu, recognizes Abhir from the photo he took from Dr’s cabin. He realizes that the boy is Doctor’s son, while Akshara sees that man staring at Abhir with bad intensions.
Akshara asks Abhir to run away while the man jumps on them and grabs Abhir in his arms. He threatens Akshara at gun point to call Abhimanyu. Akshara panics seeing Abhir in danger and requests goon to leave Abhir but he insists on calling Dr Abhimanyu. Just then, Abhimanyu gets a message which leaves him shocked. Will Abhimanyu able to save Abhir from goon?
