Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been making lot of buzz due to its ongoing storyline. The current track of Harshad Chopda-Pranali Rathod starrer YRKKH revolves around Abhir being hospitalized while doing ‘Seva’ at temple as he is not ready to accept the forthcoming child and wants Akshu-Abhi to get married. Seeing Abhir’s condition, Akshara decides to abort the baby so that she can fulfill Abhir’s wish.
Abhimanyu learns about abortion and reaches hospital on time. He stops Akshara from aborting Abhinav’s child and scolds her. Akshara breaks down seeing him and hugs him. Abhimanyu takes Akshu back to hospital where she gets emotional seeing Abhir’s condition. After Abhir regains consciousness, he wishes to do ‘Seva’ at temple so that god fulfil his wish but Akshara stops him by locking him in the room.
Abhimanyu sees Akshara’s struggle and brings ‘Mangalsutra and Sindoor’ asking her to get married. Akshu tells him that she cannot marry him by going against Manjari’s wish. She asks him to take Manjari’s permission. Meanwhile, Manjari calls Abhimanyu to come back home but he refuses to return asking her to accept marriage. Manjari cuts the call as she is adamant to not accept Abhinav’s child.
Further, Akshara reaches home with Abhir, who is still upset with her. Amidst this, family asks Akshu about her decision of marrying Abhimanyu. Akshara hasitates to take decision as Manjari is not ready to accept Abhinav’s child. Suwarana, Surekha, Kairav and others asks her to marry Abhi saying Manjari will accept them as she loves Abhimanyu a lot. Swarana even asks Muskan about her opinion on Akshara and Abhi’s marriage.

Muskan apologizes to Akshu for her mistakes and accepts her and Abhimanyu’s relationship. She also apologizes to Abhimanyu and asks her to love Abhinav’s child as his own. Family gets happy while Akshara shares this good news with Abhir leaving him happy. Aarohi learns about Akshara and Abhimanyu’s marriage on phone and gets happy. She informs Mahima about Abhimanyu-Akshara’s court marriage leaving Manjari shocked.
Manajri gets restless as she tells Mahima that Abhimanyu cannot do that to her as he knows that she will not accept Akshara’s baby. Mahima asks Manjari to calm down saying it is Abhimanyu’s decision and he is mature enough to know what good for him. However, Manjari is not ready to accept this marriage.
In the upcoming episode we will see Goenkas inviting Birlas for the veneration to mark the happy occasion as Akshara-Abhimanyu’s wedding date gets final. Manjari arrives at the puja and meets Akshara asking her to return her son Abhimanyu to her. Akshara pleads to Manjari to give up her stubbornness and accept her baby and the marriage.
Manjari refuses to accept the baby and wedding as she demands her son back. Akshara walks away while Manjari continues to follow her asking her to give back her son. Akshara tries to stop Manjari and falls on the floor hurting her baby bump. Abhimanyu and others gets worried seeing Akshara, while Manjari looks shocked as she was running behind Akshu which led this accident.
