Actor Ankit Gupta, who is currently seen in Colors TV show Udaariyaan, has been grabbing lot of attention with his portrayal of Fateh in the show. The actor enjoys immense popularity and his on-screen chemistry with co-star Priyanka Choudhary Aka Tejo is winning viewers hearts. Fans are crazy for Ankit-Priyanka’s sizzling chemistry and fondly calls the pair #FaTejo.
In a recent interaction with India Forums, Ankit Gupta spoke about his co-stars, his on-screen chemistry with Priyanka Choudhary, and viewers craze for #Fatejo. Speaking about the viewers’ craze for his and Priyanka’s jodi, the handsome hunk said, “It is overwhelming, it feels good to be one of the top 5 jodis of Indian television and it feels good when people look up to you. It is very challenging sometimes and it is a great responsibility also because with great power comes great responsibilities. So, I always try and do something which will motivate people to better in their life.”
When Ankit was asked if he consider doing a web series with Priyanka? “Of course, anytime”, says the actor. Ankit further talked about his on-screen chemistry with Priyanka and also reveals if they both are dating, “I think we share a great bond and we are very very good friends and we understand each other and that’s what gets the chemistry right. No, we are not dating (laughs) and I have no plans of dating anyone.”
Taking about his bond with co-stars Priyanka, Abhishek, and Isha, he said, “The bond is great, you can see our stories and vlogs, so the bond is amazing.”
Udaariyaan is produced by Ravi Dubey and Sargun Mehta under their production banner Dreamiyata Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. & Devirosh Films. The show also stars actors like Lokesh Batta, Chetna Singh, Virsa Singh Riar, Abhishek Kumar, Ram Aujla, Rashmeet Kaur Sethi, Abhiraaj Chawla among others. The show is getting good TRP ratings and recenty witnessed the entry of actor Karan V Grover opposite Priyanka Choudhary in the show.
