Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput breathed his last on 14 June 2020. Sushant Singh Rajput reportedly found hanging from a ceiling fan in his apartment in Bandra, Mumbai. As per the reports, it was the actor’s house help who informed the police. Earlier, postmortem report had revealed that he died due to asphyxia because of hanging.
Now, the final postmortem report confirms that there was no foul play and no external injury marks was found on his body.
According to the reports in IndiaToday.in, there were no struggle marks or external injuries found on Sushant‘s body. The postmortem report confirms that he died due to asphyxia, suffocation, because of hanging. His nails were clean and no strangulation marks were found. His viscera has been preserved and sent for further chemical analysis.
As per reports the cause of death was clearly a suicide. No sign of foul play has been found. The theories which linked Sushant‘s demise with the death of his former manager Disha Salian, who also died by suicide have been refuted. Disha Salian worked for the talent management company run by Uday Singh Gauri and according to reports, had met Sushant Singh Rajput only once.
The case is still being investigated by the police. Mumbai Police has recorded the statements of 23 people so far regarding Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death.
