Actor Sushant Singh Rajput death case has been handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The CBI is all set to investigate the case. Now, as per latest reports, Sushant Singh Rajput‘s family has now alleged ‘murder’ in their statement to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
According to the report in Times Now, Sushant‘s father, KK Singh and sister alleged that the central investigative agency should look into the case with as the case of a murder and not as an abetment to suicide. The recent developments in the investigations, media reports, including circumstances where evidence was allegedly ‘Tampered’, the family has now asked that the case be looked into as a murder.

As per reports the CBI has recorded the statement of KK Singh and his family on Monday at the residence of his son-in-law OP Singh, who is the commissioner of Faridabad. As per the reports, the CBI will also go through the statements recorded by the Bihar police in Mumbai.
These developments and new allegations come ahead of Rhea Chakraborty‘s hearing at the Supreme Court today, seeking a transfer of the FIR from the Bihar Police to the Mumbai Police. The actress, also filed in an added plea seeking protection from an alleged “unfair media trial” against her in connection with the case related to the death of the actor.
“The petitioner (Rhea Chakraborty) is already convicted by media even before a fowl-play in the death of Sushant Singh Rajput is established. Extreme trauma and infringement of privacy of the rights of the petitioner is caused due to constant sensationalisation of this case,” the affidavit read.
