Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput sudden demise has left the entire nation numb. He breathed his last on June 14, 2020, as per police reports Sushant had committed suicide. The postmortem reports revealed that he died due to asphyxia because of hanging.
Mumbai Police is investigating the case closely. Till now, Police has recorded the statements of several people who were close to Sushant personally or professionally. It includes Sushant‘s family, his rumoured girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty, his Dil Bechara co-star Sanjana Sanghi, director Mukesh Chhabra, YRF’s casting director Shanoo Sharma, Filmmaker Sandip Ssingh among others. Recently, There were also reports that filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali will be called by Mumbai police to record his statement.
Now, as per recent reports a police official informed PTI that filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali‘s statement will recorded on Monday, that is on July 6, in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput‘s suicide case. The report also suggests that the filmmaker had offered films to the late actor. But, things could not work out between them due to date issues.
