Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput‘s girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty has gone missing from her Mumbai residence, Bihar Police went looking for her. According to a report in Times Now, Bihar police are now trying to find her. The reports states that Rhea was not found at her house in Mumbai. The actress was expected to file an anticipatory bail application for which she has to be present in the court. The reports said that her lawyer might have whisked her away to get her appearance in the court for the anticipatory bail. Bihar police have met Mumbai Crime Branch to take the details of the Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case today and want Mumbai Police to hand over the case diaries to them. They have also asked for a woman constable to accompany them.
As per reports, Rhea has also filed a petition in the Supreme Court of India, demanding that the FIR registered in Bihar against her to be transferred to Mumbai where the investigation into the late actor’s death already going on.
Reportedly, Rhea, her brother Showik, parents, and SSR‘s manager Shruti Modi have been booked under various sections of IPC – 306 (abetment to suicide). 342 (wrongful confinement), 380 (theft), 406 (criminal breach of trust), 420 (cheating). 506 (criminal intimidation), 120 (criminal conspiracy) – and also charged them under the Mental Health Care Act.
