Popular Bollywood actor Sonu Sood, who helped thousands of people during the coronavirus lockdown, has unfortunately tested positive for Covid-19. The actor informed his fans and followers about the same on his social media handle. He has already quarantined himself and stated that he will use this time to help the needy.
Sonu shared the post on his Instagram handle which reads, “Covid – positive. Mood & spirit – super positive. Hi everyone, this is to inform you that i have tested positive this morning for Covid -19 as a part of precautions I have already quarantined my self & taking utmost care , but don’t worry this gives me ample time to solve your problems remember i’m always there for you all-Sonu Sood.”

Ever since the COVID-19 has hit the nation, Sonu helped several migrant workers to travel back to their homes safely by arranging travel facilities for them. Reportedly, he had even mortgaged his properties in Mumbai, including two shops and six flats, to raise Rs 10 crore to help the underprivileged, migrant workers and patients who suffer from serious diseases.
