Popular ITV actor Sidharth Shukla has made his digital debut with Ekta Kapoor‘s much awaited web series Broken But Beautiful 3. The actor has been seen essaying the role of Agastya Rao, a writer-director in the web series. Recently, in an interview, Sidharth shared that Agastya is a character he relates with a lot and the actor has drawn from experiences in his own life when portraying the role.
The series which was shot all across Mumbai during the pandemic has had a record time in terms of post production and release. Now, in an interaction with SpotboyE.com, Sidharth showered praises on his director Priyanka Ghose. He said, “Priyanka Ghose, our director, was completely hands on. From managing our erratic shooting schedules to the involvement she had in each and every department, she’s done a commendable job. Post production during the pandemic has not been easy as the teams are smaller, the work is not in studios and rather remotely from home and yet she has made sure none of it affects the final product.”
The actor added, “I am someone who appreciates hard work and I have seen Priyanka go all out and battle all the challenges that came our way with sheer hard work. While for most of us a day has 24 hours, I don’t know how she managed to turn them into 48 hours and that requires a lot of dedication. And in fact, I think the energies on our set were at another level because Sonia, Priyanka and I- all three were working on OTT for the first time.”
The ALTBalaji‘s romantic drama is receiving a great response from audience. BBB 3 produced by Sarita A Tanwar and Niraj Kothari of 11:11 Productions and directed by Priyanka Ghose. Apart from Sidharth Shukla & Sonia Rathee, the web series also stars Ehan Bhatt, Manvir Singh, Jahnavi Dhanrajgir, Bishakha Thapa, Taniya Kalrra, Saloni Khanna Patel among others.
