Hitesh Bharadwaj to play the male lead in Udaariyaan alongside Sonakshi Batra and Twinkle Arora post generation leap

Recently, it was reported that Colors’ popular show Udaariyaan will soon take generation leap of 15 years after which the lead cast Ankit Gupta, Priyanka Choudhary and Isha Malviya will quit the show. Finally, the makers has shared the new promo giving the glimpse of end of Fateh-Tejo’s love story and lead actors exit with the entry of new cast. Nima Denzogpa actress Sonakshi Batra and actor-model Twinkle Arora will play the new lead in Udaariyaan,

and as per latest reports, actor Hitesh Bharadwaj, who was last seen in show Iss Mod Se Jaate Hain, has been roped in to play the male lead.

Hitesh previously seen in TV shows like Choti Sarrdaarni, Shaurya Aur Anokhi Ki Kahani, Suvreen Guggal – Topper of The Year. As per Etimes TV, a source associated with the show revealed, “Yes, we have finalised Hitesh to play the new hero. The character is intense and has a certain charm about him. Hitesh fits the bill perfectly. After finalising our three lead faces, we are looking forward to new innings on the show. The new cast will commence the shoot soon.”

After 15 years of generation leap, the story will revolve around Jasmine’s daughter Naaz and Fateh-Tejo’s daughter Nehmat, who is not their real daughter but an orphan whom Jasmine left with them. Reportedly, Ankit, Priyanka and Isha have quit the show because they do not want to play parents to grown-ups.

Udaariyaan started in March 2021, produced by actors Ravi Dubey–Sargun Mehta under their production banner Dreamiyata Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. & Devirosh Films. The show stars Isha Malviya, Chetna Singh, Virsa Singh Riar, Abhishek Kumar, Ram Aujla, Rashmeet Kaur Sethi, Abhiraaj Chawla & others.
