Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Written Update 6th April 2024: In the previous episode, Ishaan and Savi reach the hospital, where Hareniee’s condition deteriorates. Ishaan takes the decision to shift her to the nearby hospital. The hospital light goes off and the hospital machines stop working. Harinii’s condition becomes worse. Ishaan carries her as the protesters were not moving and takes her to the nearby hospital. The doctor treats her. Savi hugs Ishaan for helping her. Dhurva access Savi for being a showoff and helping Anvi for her own benefit.
In today’s episode, the nurse tells Savi that Ishaan also used to call and ask about Harinee’s health. Savi feels Ishaan for being in her life. Harinee moves her finger, and she tells the doctor and Ishaan. The doctor says Harinee will recover soon. Ishaan and Savi get happy. Ishaan remembers Harinee’s words. Savi brings coffee for him. Savi thanks him again.
The doctor checks Harini and says that she is doing better. The doctor says he cannot let anyone stay past visiting hours, and Ishaan says they will leave. While going home, Ishaan and Savi come across a heavy storm. Their car breaks down. Ishaan goes to check the car and gets locked out of his car.

His key falls into the gutter, and Ishaan panics. He tells Savi the key fell into the gutter, and she scolds him. Ishaan tells Savi to Open the door from the inside, but none of the doors open, and they both panic. Savi’s phone gets switch off, and Ishaan’s phone does not have a network.
Ishaan says they are stuck and will have to wait till morning. Savi panics that she might have to stay inside till morning. She gets PTSD, and she gets scared. Savi tells Ishaan that she cannot breathe. She tells Ishaan she is claustrophobic. Ishaan tries to calm her down. He plays Antakshari to distract her but it does not help. Savi tries to sing with him.
Ishaan jokes to distract her. It starts raining and Ishaan promises her that he will not leave her alone. Ishaan tells Savi to sleep then he will go. The next morning, Savi asks Ishaan if he is standing there all the time. Ishaan says he did not want to leave her as she might have gotten scared again. Prateek comes to their rescue with a mechanic.
