Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Written update 30th April 2024: In the previous episode, Savi misunderstands Ishaan’s intentions. Ishaan requests her to stop calling him murderer and he feels guilty for what happened because of him. Ishaan says he sacrificed his love to marry her and make things right. Savi tells him to stop lying and blames him for the death of her family members. Ishaan says he made a mistake and he does feel guilty. Savi slaps Ishaan and tells him she made the biggest mistake of falling in love with him. She tells Ishaan that she hates him.
Savi breaks all her ties with Ishaan and leaves the house. Ishaan remembers all the things savi said to him. Reeva comes in to talk to Ishaan, she asks him why he did not tell the truth to her at least. Reeva tells Ishaan not to worry about Savi as she might have gone near her sister. Ishaan says he is not worried about her and he does not care about her.

In today’s episode, Savi decides not to run away. A drunk man tries to rob Savi’s bag, Savi beats him up. Shikha asks Chinmay if he found Savi, He says he could not find Savi anywhere. They both get worried. Savi comes to the hospital and the doctor tells her that Harini will wake up soon now. Savi requests Harini to t up soon. Ishaan comes to the hospital. Ishaan says he will pay the bill. Savi denies and says she will pay all her sister’s bills.
Ishaan tells her that till now he has been paying the bills so let him pay, Savi denies. Savi tells the doctor to call only her and not anyone else. Reeva tries to call Ishaan but he does not pick up. Reeva and Surekha worry about him. Surekha bad mouths Savi and Anvi hears it and tells him to stop calling her out.
Ishaan tries to talk to Savi but she denies. Ishaan tells her to think about Harini and let him pay the amount. Savi says she will never forgive him and tells him not to pay any money. Savi returns the emergency credit card Ishaan had given her. Ishaan tells her to be practical. Savi burns the card and leaves. Surekha empties all of Savi’s things and tells the servant to throw it out.
Surekha tells Reeva that Ishaan has no feelings for Savi and he still loves Reeva. She tells Reeva to win over Ishaan again. The nurse tells Savi that she needs to clear the bill. Savi gets worried.
