Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Written Update 20th March 2024: In the previous episode you saw that Savi received backlash from the family for asking Anvi to seek psychiatrist help and for forcing Anvi to tell her problem to everyone. Anvi lies by saying that it is just exam stress. Ishaan and Reeva came up with mock questions to help Anvi. Later, when Anvi comes near Savi to apologize, Savi makes her understand that it is important to speak up at the right time and assures her that no matter what happens, she will always stand by her.
In today’s episode Savi makes Anvi face her fears and requests her to tell the truth to everyone. But Anvi denies it as she doesn’t want to be seen as a victim and requests her not to intervene in her matter and leaves. Durva and Sureka talk badly about Savi. Savi appears, and Durva starts taunting her.
Anvi enters and tells Yashwant that she wants to tell him something important. Mukul gets nervous. But Anvi apologizes for the distress she caused yesterday. Mukul gets relieved, and Yahwant comforts Anvi. he tells her not to get so stressed about the exam. Yashwant decided to take everyone out shopping to cheer them up. Apsara invites Savi to go shopping with them. Savi agrees after some hesitation. Sureka also invites Reeva. Reeva hesitates, but everyone persuades her, and Reeva finally agrees. Mukul gives Savi a challenging look.

Swanand tells Reeva that she should have some self-respect and not agree with everything they have to say. Her mother says that they do respect Reeva very much and do not worry so much. Swanad feels disheartened as Reeva did not ask for his opinion. Reeva apologizes, and Swanand agrees, but he puts forward a deal to accompany Reeva. Reeva agrees and asks them not to create any issues.
In the shop, Durva and Apsara flaunt their dresses. Mukul sings for Apsara. Anvi enters in her dress, and her mother tells her to smile. Ishaan and everyone praise Anvi. She feels disgusted and scared when Mukul touches her. Savi senses her discomfort. Reeva enters, and Sureka feels delighted. Sureka is surprised to see Swanand and Swati along with Reeva. Reeva starts selecting Sarees for Surekha.
Savi leaves and Ishaan follows her. He asks her why she left, and she says that she doesn’t want to create any drama. Savi falls while removing chewing gum from her sandals, and Ishaan catches her.
