The upcoming story of Ayesha Singh and Neil Bhatt starrer Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin will witness massive drama as Sai-Virat will reunite. The latest episode saw Virat surprising Savi at Adhikari house as he comes to teach her flying kites. Savi gets happy seeing him and they both enjoys flying kites. Sai hears Savi’s voice and comes outside to check why Savi is screaming excitedly.
Sai gets surprised to find Virat flying kites with Savi and feels happy seeing them enjpying. She also joins while Virat feels bit hesitant due to Satya but Sai excitedly enjoys flying kites with Savi. Just then, Satya comes there and sees Virat-Sai enjoying with Savi and gets upset. Savi happily informs Satya that Virat taught her how to fly kites. She reveals to Satya that earlier she wanted to call him for flying kites but Sai asked her to not as he is not well.
Satya in a taunting way says that now he is of no use. Seeing Satya upset, Virat explains him that he just came to give kites to Savi. As Virat leaves, Sai goes to pick up the kite strings which have fallen over a manhole. She fails to see the manhole cover is very loose and falls inside. Savi screams for help and asks Satya to save her mother. Satya tries to save Sai but due to wheelchair he fails.
Satya asks Sai to go back to Virat if she doesn’t love him
Just then, Virat comes and takes out Sai from manhole. Savi thanks Virat for saving Sai and even Satya thanks Virat for saving his wife. However, Satya feels disappointed as he failed to rescue Sai. He goes to his room and feels useless for not being able to help Sai. Sai sees Satya’s frustration while he urges her to return to Virat’s life. Sai gets shocked as Satya asks her that if she doesn’t love him then she should go back to Virat. He tells Sai that he doesn’t want her to stay with him due to his illness by sacrificing her happiness.
But, Sai tells him that she will stay with him and he will recover soon but she does not says that she loves him. Satya realizes that Sai is with him due to his condition right now. At the same time, Sai decides to take Satya to a specialists Dr. Smith who lives in Germany, for his early recovery. Sai doesn’t want to leave Satya as he is her responsibility now as he always supported her, and now she wants to do the same for him.

The latest precap saw Satya making a video call to Virat. He tells Virat that he never thought as Sai’s husband he will say something like this but now he wants Virat to accept Sai as his wife. Virat gets shocked hearing this and makes Satya understand that Sai has already rejected his proposal which means she will never accept him.
Satya keeps mum hearing Virat’s words and cuts the call, while Virat leave for Adhikari house. As Satya turns around, he sees Sai standing in anger as she heard his conversation with Virat. Sai informs Satya that she knows why he is thinking this way. Meanwhile, Virat comes there while Sai clearly states that she is choosing responsibility over love.
