Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Spoilers: The ongoing storyline of Shakti Arora–Bhavika Sharma starrer revolves around Ishaan helping Savi by shifting Harini to another hospital and saving her sister’s life. Savi thanks Ishaan for always being there for her and supporting her, while doctor informs them about Harini’s better condition. Later, the nurses reveals Savi how her husband always kept check on Harini’s health and used to come to see her at hospital. Savi gets surprised learning how Ishaan took care of her sister.
Savi feels elated learning that Harini Tai is getting better while Ishaan also feels relieved. Further, they both leaves from hospital while Savi adores Ishaan on the way, thinking how much he cared for her and her family. She thinks about how Ishaan is good from heart. On the way, Ishaan’s car stops mid way and he comes out to check what’s wrong.
Amid all this, Ishaan’s car key falls inside pot hole while Savi gets locked inside car. She panics and feels claustrophobic inside car while Ishaan tries to calm her down from outside. He tries to open the door but fails. Ishaan then cracks funny jokes to make Savi feel better but she keeps getting anxious. Ishaan sings song to calm her down. Just then, the rain starts and Ishaan gets wet while Savi asks him to go and find a safe place escape rain and spend night.

Ishaan asks Savi to sleep inside car and he will go after she falls asleep. Savi sleeps while Ishaan stands whole night outside car to take care of her. Next morning, Savi wakes up and gets surprised seeing Ishaan standing outside car. She asks him if he was there whole night, Ishaan says he could not leave her alone in the car.
Now, the channel has shared the new promo where Savi seen expressing her love to Ishaan with a gift. She gives a heart shape soft cushion to him but Ishaan rejects her gift and walks away in anger. Savi feels heartbroken seeing Ishaan’s rejection. Further, Savi seen saying that she confessed her love to Ishaan but got his disapproval in return. She questions herself if her first love will remain incomplete.
