Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Spoilers: The ongoing storyline of Bhavika Sharma and Shakti Arora starrer revolves around Ishaan marrying Savi to fulfill Harini’s last wish and save her life. Other hand, Bhosales gets ready for Reeva and Ishaan’s cocktail party ahead of their wedding. Meanwhile, Savi’s friend visits hospital showing concern for Harini but gets shocked seeing Savi wearing ‘sindoor’ and ‘mangalsutra’. They asks Savi about her husband and gets shocked seeing Ishaan sir there.
Savi hides truth about her marriage with Ishaan and tells her friend that Ishaan sir came hear to help her in these tough times. After students leaves, Savi talks to Ishaan and tells him that they need to hide their marriage from everyone as she doesn’t want people to know about their forced marriage. Ishaan stands shocked and tells Savi that he cannot hide it from his family.
Savi tells Ishaan that they will pretend tobe married in front of Harini and after she recovers he can move on in his life. She tells Ishaan that she have to follow her dreams of becoming IAS officer and marriage is not her destination. Ishaan fears revealing the truth to Reeva as he cannot break her hurt.

During sangeet ceremony, Swati finds joy in Reeva’s happiness and Bhosale’s waits for Ishaan at the party. On his way to home, Ishaan thinks about his marriage and revealing truth to family. Amidst this, Ishaan meets with an accident while a biker rescues him.
In the upcoming episode, Ishaan arrives at the Bhosale mansion during his cocktail party. Reeva and others stands shocked seeing Ishaan injured. Later, Family asks Ishaan to get ready for his cocktail party. Ishaan decides to tell the truth of his marriage to Surekha and Yashwant. Ishaan locks his room and tells Surekha and Yashwant about his marriage with Savi, leaving them in shock.
