Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Spoilers: The ongoing track of Bhavika Sharma and Shakti Arora starrer revolves around Ishaan and Reeva’s marriage rituals, while Harini regains consciousness and feels worried for Savi after learning Kiran’s evil plan towards Savi. Harini’s health worsens as she thinks of saving Savi from Kiran’s trap and asks her to call Ishaan. Savi calls Ishaan telling him that Harini has awaken and calling his name. Ishaan rushes to meet Harini at hospital while Savi rushes to bring medicines.
Ishaan meets Harini and expresses his guilt of being responsible for her whole family’s death. He tells Harini that he wants to disclose everything about the accident to Savi. Harini fears that Savi will get devastated after learning that Ishaan is responsible for her family’s death. She asks Ishaan to not tell the truth to Savi as she will be shattered. Harini tells Ishaan if he truly wants to alleviate his guilt, he must do so by marrying Savi. Harini’s suggestion leaves Ishaan in shock as she asks him to promise her that he will marry Savi. Harini tells him that people like Samrudh and Kiran will not spare Savi and her sister will left alone after her death.

Ishaan feels emotional as he recalls his sweet moments with Reeva and the promise he made to her that he never hurt her. He also learns that it is Harini and Chavan family’s last wish that he will marry Savi. Ishaan then imagines Bhavani, Ninad and Ashwini pleading him to take the responsibility of Savi by marrying him. He imagines Savi’s family blaming him for their deaths. Amidst all the chaos, Ishaan screams coming out of his imagination and agrees to marry Savi.
Just then, Savi comes and sees Harini’s worsen health. Unaware of Harini’s last wish, Savi asks Ishaan about it. Ishaan reveals that Harini wants him to marry her, Savi questions him how can he agree to marry her. Savi refuses to fulfil Harini’s request of marrying Ishaan and calls doctor to see Harini as her health deteriorates. Savi tells Ishaan that he doesn’t need to do fake promise to Harini of marrying her for the sake of her health. Ishaan tells Savi that he did not made any fake promise and is very sure about his decision of marrying her.
Savi stands shocked learning about Ishaan’s decision and refuses to marry him. Other hand, Harini’s health keeps worsening and doctor reveals that her vital is dropping fast. Savi panics, asking doctor to save her sister. Seeing Harini’s condition, Ishaan holds Savi’s hand and drags her to the temple. Ishaan fills Savi’s forehead with ‘sindoor’ and ties knot with her, fulfilling Harini’s last wish.
