Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin Spoilers: In the previous episode, Ishaan and Savi greet Reeva and her parents at the same restaurant. Reeva feels jealous seeing Ishaan and Savi together. Ishaan meets his friend Rudra. Ishaan and Reeva crack a deal with Rudra for investing in the Medical wing of the college. Savi gets upset and leaves as Ishaan has not informed her about anything. Ishaan apologizes to Savi and explains the situation. Savi and Ishaan have their dinner at a roadside Chinese shop. Reeva sees them from the car and feels jealous. Savi gets a call from the hospital that her sister’s condition is worsening.
In the upcoming episode, Ishaan and Savi reach the hospital. Harinee’s condition deteriorates. The nurse says that because of a short circuit the hospital’s machines are not working. Everyone panics. Ishaan decides to take Harinee to the nearby hospital. Ishaan tella Savi that nothing will happen to her sister. Anvi’s mother feels guilty and praises Savi. Durva talks bad about her.
Ishaan carries Harini to the nearby hospital. The protesters block their way. Ishaan successfully takes Harini to the nearby hospital. Ishan requests the doctor as it is an emergency. The doctor agrees.

Savi prays to god to save her sister and feels grateful for Ishaan. Ishaan tells Surekha about Harini’s condition. Surekha gets scared that if something happens to Harini then Savi might stay in their house forever as Ishaan’s wife. The doctor says that Harini is out of danger. Savi thanks Ishaan for saving Harini’s life and goes to meet Harini and gets emotional as she tells her to not leave her.
Savi gets emotional and hugs Ishaan, he too hugs her back. Ishaan too have started to develop feelings for Savi and he is doing things for her not out of guilt but out of love. Savi too has realized that she has fallen in love with Ishaan.
Dhurva accuses Savi that she helped Anvi for her benefit and to showcase her good in front of Ishaan. Dhurva hates Savi and says she can never accept her as Vaini.
Will Ishaan realize that he has fallen in love with Savi and he doesn’t care about her out of guilt. Will Savi confess her love for Ishaan. Stay tuned to find out!
