Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput tragic demise has left the entire nation shocked. The actor was found dead on June 14 in his Mumbai residence. It’s been more than one month now, Police has been investigating the case. Recently, Sushant Singh Rajput‘s father KK Singh lodged an FIR in Patna against Rhea Chakraborty and 5 others.
Sushant‘s father also released a video statement revealing that he had alerted Mumbai’s Bandra Police in February that his son’s life is in Danger, but no action has taken.
Amid all this, entire country is seeking Justice for Sushant Singh Rajput and demanding CBI probe in actor’s death case. Recently a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) was filed in the Bombay High court seeking transfer of Sushant Singh Rajput‘s death case to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
Now as per latest reports, Bombay HC has cancelled the PIL hearing in Sushant‘s case due to heavy rains in the city. The rescheduled date for the PIL hearing not yet announced by the Bombay High Court. ANI tweeted, “Hearing in PIL filed in Bombay High Court, seeking transfer of Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case to the Central Bureau of Investigation, postponed due to heavy rains in Mumbai.”
