The latest episode of Rupali Ganguly-Gaurav Khanna starrer Anupamaa witnessed Anu seeing the photos of her and Anuj’s good moments outside the ICU. She begins dreaming about Anuj and talks with him. In the dream, Anuj tells her not to forget the promises she has made with him and assures her that he is not leaving. Back to reality, Anu motivates herself that she will never leave Anuj and make him recover soon.
Other hand, Adhik inquires Pakhi whether Vanraj was furious at Anuj as he feels Vanraj pushes Anuj into the cliff. Pakhi gets angry at Adhik for suspecting her father Vanraj responsible for Anuj’s accident. Adhik calms Pakhi and says they won’t fight until Anuj wakes up and reveal everything about accident himself. Pakhi then says what if Anuj never woke up.
Meanwhile, Anupama cries outside the ICU door praying for Anuj. Just then, Baa comes there and tells Anupama that her son has not done anything. She says she is scared to lose her son as police will investigate the matter and Vanraj will be punished. She pleads in front of Anupama to not get Vanraj arrested.
Bakha comes hospital and hugs Anupama saying everyone will be fine and Anuj will get better. Barkha further begins criticizing low level of hospital and starts doubting the doctors capability. She says she would have taken Anuj to some high class hospital and took him to America for surgery. But Anupama tells Barkha to pray for Anuj’s recovery instead of thinking about hospital and staff.

The doctor comes out of the ICU and explains that the surgery is done but if it will be successful or not would only be known when Anuj wakes up. Anupama asks chances of Anuj waking up while the doctor says they have no idea as there are chances that Anuj might go into a coma. Hearing this, Anupamaa shatters and gets emotiona.
At Kapadia house, Barkha and Ankush asks GK to bring break fast and pack something for hospital too. Barkha further asks Ankush to think about taking over the Kapadia empire in Anuj’s absence. GK overhears their conversation. Furthermore, Kavya asks Anupama what Vanraj had confessed to her but she tells her to trust her husband.
In the upcoming episode we will see Barkha yelling and accusing Vanraj for Anuj’s condition. She shouts at Shahs saying she will get Anuj’s culprit punished. When Anupama comes to stop, Barkha criticizes her saying if she loved Vanraj so much then why she married Anuj. Anupama gets furious and reprimands Barkha for pointing fingers on her character.
