Anupama Written Update 23rd April 2024: In the previous episode, The doctor comes out and says that the chances of survival are very slim. Aadya gets angry at Anupamaa and asks her why she is trying to destroy their life. Anupamaa gets heartbroken and leaves. Anuj tells Anupama that Shruti has been transferred to the ICU but her situation is still critical. Aadya is talking to a counselor. Anuj apologizes to what Aadya said to her. She understands her and feels apologetic to her.
The doctor tells Anujj that Shruti might never be able to conceive. They both get shocked and get worried about Shruti. Anuj goes to get Aadya. The Shah family came back to their house in India. The kids tell Vanraj to call Pari. Vanraj asks Toshu what happened? Toshu tells them that there was a shootout at Pari’s school. The counselor tells Anuj that in Aadya’s condition she might try to harm herself. Anuj gets worried.
In today’s episode, Anupamaa feels sad for Aadya. Aadhya hugs Anupamaa and she consoles her. Baa scolds Vanraj for coming back to India so soon. Everyone feels sad for the girls who were held hostage. Pakhi feels bad for Aadya. Vanraj criticizes Anupamaa for being in the hospital and not home with Pari. Babuji tells him to stop being so insensitive.

Anuj sees Anupamaa hugging Aadya. He worries how he will handle Shruti and Aadya alone, Anupama says she is always there with her. Anupamaa comes home and kinjal hugs her. Anupamaa says she will not stay here. Kinjal asks where she will stay? Anupamaa says she will find a place and manage. Kinjal tells Toshu to show some sensitivity towards Anupamaa. Vanraj thinks about Dimpy and titu. Vanraj gets a call and Kavya gets suspicious.
Anupamaa wakes up from a bad dream. Kavya asks Vanraj who is coming. Vanraj ignores her and leaves. Vanraj introduces Prateek to everyone. Anuj asks Aadhya what she has been doing all night. Aadhya says she is writing a manifestation diary so that Shruti gets well soon. Anuj gets a call from the hospital and they call him urgently. Prateek goes to pick up a call. Kavya asks if he is trying to make Prateek Ansh’s father?
Vanraj says he is trying to make Pateek Ansh’s father and ghar jamai. Dimpy and Titu message each other. Babuji scolds Vanraj for lying to Dimpy. He says he cannot trust Titu as he does not have a secured career. He insults Titu. Kavya says he is doing wrong towards Dimpy. Vanraj says Dimpy will listen to him.
Dimpy thinks that soon she and Titu will be together and all their dreams will come true. Kavya tells Vanraj that she will not let Dimpy marry Prateek. Shruti regains consciousness and Anuj and Aadhya come to meet her. Kinjal worries Pari. Anupamaa comes near Yashdeep to ask for a recommendation letter.
