Episode starts with Shahs entering in house, being upset with the fact, that Anupama has left to America. Vanraj and others decide to move on in life without Anupama. Dimple informs Barkha messaged her that Anu injured her while running for meeting Anupama. Kinjal says that if we are sad and not able to move on, then what Anuj and Anu might be going through.
Other side, Anu was murmuring Anupama
He says that he expects Anupama will be back one day. Anupama asks that whether she should come back? Anuj denies, he says that in pain thus shared with her, but she shouldn’t sacrifice her dream for anyone this time, as she had already done so much for everyone, but not anymore. Anuj breakdowns in tears. Jiye Toh Jiyen Kaise song plays in background. Anupama consoles him. Anuj sleeps.
Next Morning, Leela prays to God for Anupama and rest of family members wellbeing. She says to god to send back Hasmuk soon as she is missing him. Only then Hasmukh returns and Leela gets happy. Hasmukh says that he wanted to come yesterday night to surprise. Anupamaa on airport and bid adieu her, but couldn’t make it. Hasmukh and Leela prays together for Anupama. Hasmukh asks God to give fruit of her good karmas to Anupama. Leela asks strength for everyone to live without Anupama. Hasmukh says that atleast we are all together to strengthen each other, but there Anupama is all alone.
Later, Hasmukh meets Shahs, they all got happy with his return and takes blessings from him. Only then they recieve a parcel of suger free cream rolls for Hasmukh from Anupama. Kinjal praises Anupamaa for her thoughtful idea. Hasmukh says that he understood by this that how much Anupama was missing her. He says that we have to move on and learn to live life without Anupamaa. Also have to take care of Anuj and Anu too.

Other side, Anuj wakes up and says to Anu that Anupama is important to him too as much as Anu but we have to get used to live without her, and Anu has to help him in it. Only then he receives Ankush’s call saying come down. Anuj gets surprised seeing Shahs there. Hasmukh asks about Anu’s health. Anuj informs that she isn’t well. She asks about Anupama whenever she wakes up. Then Hasmukh asks Anuj that how’s he? Anuj gets emotional and hugs Hasmukh.
Anu comes downstars in search of Anupamaa, she asks if she is playing hide and seek with her? Everyone sees her helplessly. Anu noticed Hasmukh and happily hugs him. She asks him about Anupama. Hasmukh stays mum. Anu asked if he is also pranking her with Anupama? Kavya comes forward and consoles Anu. She makes excuse that Anupama has gone to Gurukul as her work is important. We couldn’t disturb her. She feeds Anu.
Barkha says that it’s surprising that Kavya handled Anu much easily then them. Anuj says to Hasmukh that something might be happened to Anu, thus she is continuously calling for Anupama. How should he tell her that Anupama can’t come. Vanraj proposes the thought that Shahs should take Anu to Shah House for sometime. Anu has been always closed to Kavya and she can try to handle her. Anu has lost her both mothers and needs love and motherly figure currently. Barkha and Adhik says that how would Anu stay without Anuj. Hashmukh says that both Vanraj and Barkha, Adhik are right in their places, now it’s on Anuj. Anuj says how would he stay without Anu. Kavya asks Anu to come Shah House, she agrees and asks permission from Anuj. Anuj allows and thanked Shahs. Shahs takes Anu with them. Anuj stops Anu.
Precap – Anupama came back home, all gets shocked. She tells that she can forget her dreams but couldn’t live without her family. Malti Devi came. Anupama apologises to her. But, Malti Devi challenges Anupama to ruin her life.
