Anupama Spoiler: In the previous episode, Anupamaa kindly requested Mr. Gulati that he can meet and talk to Toshu after work and not disturb him during work time. Gulati tells Anupama not to fly too high as she will fall down. Anupama requests him to leave. Anuj tells Anupama that Aadhya is sleeping because of her medications.
Anupamaa and Anuj decorate the house for Aadhya’s birthday. Anuj helps Anupama. Shruti decides to tell Anupama herself but then thinks that Anuj will feel bad. She decides to give Anupama a hint so that she doesn’t attend Aadya’s birthday. Anupama and Anuj sing Happy Birthday to Aadhya but she is asleep.
Anupama gets excited for Aadya’s birthday. Anuj feels bad for Anupama. Kavya gets suspicious that Vanrja might be trying to break Titu and Dimpy’s wedding. She decides to check his cupboard but Vanraj enters and Kavya keeps the keys in place. Anupama keeps a gift near Aadhya and slowly kisses her happy birthday. Anupama bakes a cake for Aadhya’s birthday. Anuj wishes her all the best and she leaves. Anuj wonders how he will tell Anupamaa that Aadya doesn’t want her on her birthday.

In the upcoming episode, Aadhya is surprised and happy to see her birthday decorations. Aadhya gets angry knowing that Anupama helped him do the decoration and she starts destroying the decoration. Aadhya hopes that her special day gets ruined. Anupama and the staff prepare for the guests. The guests arrived at the restaurant. Anuj feels sorry.
Anupama introduces her staff and trophy to the influencers. Shruti feels bad and angry at Anupamaa for spoiling Aadya’s birthday. Shruti calms Aadya down and makes her understand. Anupamaa serves the starters to the guests. Yashdeep goes to expand his restaurant. Aadya apologizes to Anuj and she tells him that Shruti has arranged her birthday party at a restaurant and she gets excited.
Shruti tells Anuj that Aadhya does not need Anupamaa, she needs only her. A customer gets angry at Toshu for bringing the wrong dish. Shruti tells Anuj to tell Anupamaa to leave or else Aadhya’s health will not get better. Anupamaa scolds Toshu.
Further in the episode, Anupamaa serves her signature dish but the guests are surprised to see a dead cockroach. The guests get angry. All the customers throw stones at Anupamaa’s restaurant. Yashdeep gets angry with Anupamaa, The judges take away her trophy. Anupamaa decides to go back to India. Baa and Vanraj tell her not to come to Dimpy’s wedding. How will Anupamaa recover from this?
