On the special occasion of Raksha Bandhan, Akshay Kumar has announced his new project titled Raksha Bandhan. The actor dedicated this film to his sister Alka. The film will be directed by Aanand L Rai and written by Himanshu Sharma.
Akshay Kumar took his Twitter handle and revealed the first look poster of the film Raksha Bandhan. In the poster of the film, Akshay can be seen smiling while hugging his siblings.
Sharing the poster, He wrote, “A story that touches your heart so deeply & so instantly, it’s the quickest I’ve signed a film in my career. Dedicating this film, #RakshaBandhan to my sister, Alka & to the most special bond in the world…that of a brother and sister.Thank you @aanandlrai,this one is very special.”

The film will release next year in November 5, 2021. Akshay has also collaborated with Aanand L Rai for his upcoming film Atrangi Rai, co-starring Dhanush and Sara Ali Khan.
