Today (December 11, 2020), Ajay Devgn announced on social media that he has begin the shooting for his upcoming directorial “Mayday“, starring Amitabh Bachchan and Rakul Preet Singh.
He took his Twitter handle and shared a picture of the clapboard from the film’s set in Hyderabad. Ajay wrote, “Happy to officially begin MayDay, in a start-to-finish shooting schedule. Seek blessings from the Almighty and my parents. Nothing is complete without the support of all my fans, family and well-wishers. Releases on 29th April 2022. @SrBachchan @Rakulpreet @KumarMangat.”

The film ‘Mayday‘, marks Ajay‘s third directorial after ‘U Me Aur Hum‘ and ‘Shivaay‘. He will also produce ‘Mayday‘ under his banner Ajay Devgn FFilms. The film is slated to release on April 29, 2022.
