Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin is produced by Cockcrow Entertainment, Shaika Films. It is a remake of Star Jalsha’s Bengali series Kusum Dola. The show also stars Aishwarya Sharma, Yogendra Vikram Singh, Kishori Shahane, Adish Vaidya, Bharti Patil, Sheetal Maulik, Mitaali Nag, Yash Pandit among others. It is written by Leena Gangopadhyay and is directed by Jaydeep Sen, Ranjeet Gupta and Ashwini Saraswat. The current track of the show revolves around Sai getting hospitalized after severe brain injury, and Virat is taking care of her.
