Vanraj will get more insecure when Rakhi will say that Anupamaa used to treat him too this way in the past. She will ask Vanraj what does he think, will Anuj and Anupamaa’s friendship grow more?
Episode begins with Anupamaa trying to open the laptop. Anuj helps her in switching it on. He tells Anpamaa that she can explain her ideas without the presentation too. But Anupamaa says she has to show the presentation as her daughter-in-law Kinjal made it with hard work. Anuj smiles seeing Anupamaa’s presentation in Hindi. She starts explaining and tells that she has not lived/visited hotels too much. Kavya interrupts her and says that a hotel is a place where people visit, live, and eat. Anupamaa thanks Kavya by saying that she was going to talk about food only.
Anupamaa explains that when people visit hotels, they remember food’s taste and the behavior of the person who serves it. Kavya corrects Anupamaa and tells her that the person who prepares the food is called a chef, not ‘Rasoia’. She also tells that it’s not easy to find a good chef. Anupamaa corrects her that mothers are wonderful chefs too.
Kavya says to Vanraj that Anupamaa has started her ‘Theplagiri’. They feel embarrassed of her. Anupamaa praises mother’s cooking talent and years of experience comparing with chefs. Kavya says that chefs have to be careful of critics and customer’s feedback. Anupamaa replies that a housewife has to prepare food very carefully as she has to face the toughest critic called mother-in-law. She also tells that customers still think before giving any feedback but mothers-in-law don’t think too much before giving any feedback.
Anupamaa says housewives doesn’t get respect even after handling the daily pressure of cooking food for their own family. She also explains the pain of housewives who face their cruel in-laws and kids. Some of the housewives are thrown out by their husbands. Vanraj gets flashbacks of everything bad he did to Anupamaa.
Anupamaa tells that talent doesn’t leave the person. She tells Anuj if he will give work to these types of women, it will mean that he is giving them respect. She says that these type of women will give their everything to this work. Kavya and Anuj explain to Anupamaa that this type of work will cost too much. Anupamaa says that this will be good work as housewives take less salary than chefs. Anuj thinks Anupamaa talks just like his mother.
Kavya says that if ‘AK’ had to do a charity then he would have donated to an NGO. Anuj feels shocked by his nickname. Anupama says that people eat food made by their mothers the most. But some people live alone and craves for that. Anuj too praises dal rice made by mothers. Anupamaa asks Anuj to make at least one day in his restaurant for food made by mothers. Kavya and Vanraj again feel emabarresed. Anuj tells that he will tell his decision in some days.
Anuj returns Anupamaa’s lunch box with her favourite things in that. This makes Anupamaa surprised. Anupamaa thanks him. They have a cute talk after which Anupamaa leaves.
