Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla celebrated his 40th Birthday yesterday on 12th of December. The Dil Se Dil Tak actor enjoys massive fan following on social media and is ruling the hearts of millions of fans. Sidharth‘s popularity has touched new heights after his stint in the controversial reality show.
His fans had started showering him with cakes and gifts even before the birthday week begin. Now, Sidharth Shukla has opened up on his birthday plans and all the love that he has been receiving from his fans in an interview with Hindustan Times. The actor also revealed about what his birthday week looked like. Speaking about his birthday plans for the day, Sidharth had told HT, “I have never been a birthday kind of a person or gone all out to celebrate it.”
The actor further talked about people who are celebrating his birthday all over the world. “This birthday is special for all the love I have got from people from social media and fans. The number of gifts I have received are amazing. I am happier about the beautiful things people are doing for my birthday. They have been helping the underprivileged, planting trees and doing charity which really connected to me and touched my heart. The number of cakes I have got is unbelievable. Every day I have got 4-5 cakes since a week. It feels wonderful. It is sweet and overwhelming. My parents never got me so many cakes (laughs),” he gushed.
Sidharth revealed having receiving a giant size fanbase from his stint in the reality TV shows. The Balika Vadhu actor believes that people love his real character more than all the characters he has portrayed on the screens. He told the portal, “The love I got from reality shows is for Sidharth Shukla but the appreciation for my performances was for the characters that the audiences loved. As an actor, you want to connect with audiences and thankfully, I got this opportunity to be myself. Kabhi gussa kabhi pyaar, saare emotions were out there. All of us are like that and it was the real me on the reality show. I am more humbled, have more gratitude and respect that things much more today with all the audience love coming my way.”
On professional front, Sidharth was recently seen in music video ‘Shona Shona’ along with Shehnaaz Gill. The music video as received a great response from viewers. Fans loved Shehnaaz–Sidharth‘s cute chemistry in the song. Recently, Sidharth has unveiled the teaser of his upcoming web-series Broken But Beautiful 3 co-starring Sonia Rathee. A day before his birthday, the handsome hunk has begin the shooting of BBB3. His fans are already super excited for his upcoming project and eagerly waiting for it.
