Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been making lot of headlines nowadays. The show stars Harshad Chopda-Pranali Rathod in lead. The ongoing track of the show revolves around Abhimanyu saving Abhir’s life while Akshara fears of Abhi finding out the truth that Abhir is his son. The latest episode saw Abhinav and Akshara having argument over what is better for Abhir between hospital and home.
Akshara tells Abhinav that hospital is better for Abhir as professional doctors are supervising him. Abhinav disagrees saying Abhir is not happy here and they should take him home. Abhinav sees Abhimanyu and goes to him for an opinion. Abhi states that this is their decision and they should decide where they want to keep Abhir.
Meanwhile, Ruhi, Manjari with whole family makes a cake for Aarohi for her birthday. Aarohi comes there and gets surprised seeing entire family prepping a cake for her. Ruhi and other wishes her happy birthday and Goenka family also joins the celebration via video call and wishes Aarohi a very happy birthday.
Aarohi gets emotional seeing all of them while Manjari’s expression changes seeing Akshara and Abhinav on video call. After video call ends, Akshara and Abhinav again argue about if they should bring Abhir back home or not while Manish tells them if Abhimanyu is okay with it, they should bring Abhir home.
Meanwhile, Manjari plans a surprise date night for Abhimanyu and Aarohi and tells them that they will go on a date as Aarohi’s birthday gift. Next day, Abhir refuses to eat while Abhimanyu comes there and tells Akshara and Abhinav that they should reveal the real reason to Abhir why he is in hospital.

Abhinav-Akshara gets worried how Abhir will reacts on learning about his heart illness. Other hand, at the Birla house, Manjari, Shefali, Ruhi dresses up Aarohi for date night while Manjari tells her that she and Abhi can come home anytime they want after date.
Meanwhile, Akshara and Abhinav finally tells Abhir about his heart condition which makes Abhir sad. He cries asking if he would be able to play sports or if he would die. Akshara hugs him and consoles him saying he will be fine and Abhinav says his Doc man will not let happen anything to him.
Further, Manjari calls Rohan and gets upset learning that Abhimanyu is busy with Abhir’s case instead of his date with Aarohi. As per new precap, Abhir discharged from the hospital while another complicated case comes to Birla Hospital regarding a twin baby. Abhimanyu invites a doctor to consult regarding the twin pregnancy complications. The doctor tells Abhimanyu that he has handled a similar case in Kasauli 6 years back where the mother was unaware that one of her twins has survived. Abhimanyu shocked as the doctor tells him that the child was no less than a miracle as he survived.
Abhi asks the doctor if he can recall the name of the patient while the doctor tells him that it was some Sharma. Abhimanyu wonders if the doctor refers to Abhinav Sharma. Will Abhimanyu finally discover the truth about Abhir’s birth?
