Star Plus show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been keeping the viewers hooked with lot of drama. The show stars Harshad Chopda-Pranali Rathod in lead. The current track of the show revolves around Akshara being lost in jungle amidst picnic while Abhimanyu and other family members panics as they tries to find her everywhere. Other hand, Aarohi is stressed as she is not pregnant and hiding this truth from the family.
While Abhimanyu searched Akshu, Akshara fells down and hurts her leg and head. She struggles to keep herself and her babies safe. Akshu protects her babies as she has promised Abhimanyu that she will take care of her kids. She tries to find the way to get out of the jungle and takes rest under a tree after being tired.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu follows Akshu’s clothes pieces in the jungle and follows it to find Akshu. Other side, a big log of the tree falls on Akshu and she screams in fear. Akshu uses her full strength to stop the wooden log by hand to protect her stomach from getting hurt. Abhimanyu hears Akshu’s scream and rushes to save her. Akshara in tiring state tells Abhi how she tried her best to protect the babies. Abhimanyu asks her if she is fine and they both hugs each other.

Whole family returns from picnic, while Manjari expresses her concern to Abhimanyu about Akshara being lost in jungle as she tried to save a boy which might got her into a big trouble. Abhi assures Manjari that Akshara will not take such step again and will take care of herself and babies.
Later, the doctor comes to check Akshara if she and babies are fine. Meanwhile, Manjari asks Aarohi to get her check-up done as she doesn’t want to take any risk of her health too. Aarohi gets scared as she is not pregnant and her truth might get revealed if doctor will do her check-up. Akshara and Shefali sees Aarohi being scared and doubts what’s she is hiding.
In the forthcoming episode, Akshara sees Aarohi outside a IVF center and wonders what she is doing there. Akshu follows Aarohi and hears her conversation with Dr Preeti about her fake pregnancy. Akshara stands shocked and she comes home panicking as she reveals the truth to Abhimanyu that Aarohi is not pregnant.
