The latest episode of Harshad Chopda-Pranali Rathod starrer Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai witnessed Akshara slapping Kunal as he stops her from meeting Abhimanyu, who was lying unconscious on road after accident. Akshara threatens Kunal saying that she will destroy all his planning if he stopped her from meeting Abhi anymore. She calls driver to take Abhi to the car and she snatches car keys and drives herself to takes Abhi to hospital.
Kunal fears about Abhimanyu and Akshara’s reunion before Maya’s music event as he doesn’t want her sister’s dream to get shattered. He vows to not let Abhimanyu-Akshara reunite and rushes to stop Akshu before Abhi regain his conscious and see her.
Meanwhile, Akshara gives all the details to the doctors and tells she is Abhimanyu’s wife. Manjari gets restless thinking about Abhi and she feel something is not right. Manjari calls Abhi but Akshara doesn’t pick call as family will know about her. However, she sends a message from Abhi’s phone saying Abhimanyu met with an accident. Harshvardhan, Manjari and others family members rushes to Jaipur to see Abhimanyu.
Akshara decides to sing for Maya and then end the contract, so that she can return back to Abhi. She requests doctors to not tell anyone that she’s the one who brought Abhi to the hospital.

In the upcoming episode Akshara argues with Dr Kunal for trying to keep her away from Abhimanyu. She tells him that no matter how much he tries to keep her away from Abhi but fate will always bring Abhimanyu back to her.
At ICU, Mahima tells everyone that Abhimanyu will not be able to bear Akshara coming back in front of her. While Manjari hatefully tells Mahima that if ever Akshara comes in front of Abhi then he will not even look towards her. Akshara overhears their conversation and gets shattered seeing their hatred for her.
Will Akshara meet Abhimanyu after knowing that family hates her? Will Abhi search for Akshara?
